Sydney Harbour Hotel, Sydney

My stay at the hotel was mostly enjoyable. The room was clean, but not as nice as expected. The bonus was the lovely view of the Opera House outside the window, although the restaurant experience was affected by ongoing renovations. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, exceptional service, and a superb location for exploring Sydney. However, dining could be improved with more variety, and prices may be considered high by some.

The hotel may give off a low-budget vibe with small, 1980s-style rooms, but it overlooks the ferry terminal offering a changing view each day. The location is ideal, just steps away from the Sydney CBD and right by the Overseas Passenger Terminal for cruise-goers. The service was mostly helpful, albeit with a need to fine-tune humor. The dining experience had a decent variety, reminding us of a cruise ship spread.
